    •    We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

    •    Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging.

    •    Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. (If return reason is appicable.)

    •    Non-Returnable Items: Custom, digital, or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
